Is Tobi free?

Tobi is a subscription: $24.99 a year with a 1-month free trial, or $3.99 a month with a 1-week free trial. One subscription covers the whole household: the owner pays, and everyone they invite joins at no extra cost.

What platforms does Tobi run on?

Tobi runs on iPhone and iPad, iOS 26 or later, and on Apple silicon Macs. Android is planned to follow, and a web version after that.

How does household sharing work?

You create a household and invite people with a share link or a 6-character code. Every member sees the same maintenance log, electrical panel, and tasks in real time, and anyone can log work or make edits.

What's special about the electrical panel feature?

Tobi models your real breaker panel, slot by slot, and each circuit label can be marked Correct, Unverified, or Incorrect. You can fix an inherited, mislabeled panel over time, and everyone in the house sees what to trust at a glance.

Can I track work done by contractors?

Yes. Keep a record for each contractor (name, company, trade, contact details) and attribute any completed task to them. Over time that builds a full history of everything a contractor has done in your home.
