Who did the work is part of the record
Every time a task gets done, Tobi appends a completion — the date, who did it, and any notes for that occurrence. The person can be a household member or a contractor, so a plumber's visit and your own filter change sit in the same timeline.
Keep a record for each contractor — name, company, trade, contact details — and attribute any completed task to them. Over time that builds a durable service history you can filter down to everything one contractor has ever done in your home.
Reminders that reach the right person
A due date lands as a notification on the day, with a follow-up the day after if it's still open. Assign a task to one person and only they get reminded; leave it open and everyone in the household does, on every device they use.
Prefer email? An optional daily digest bundles everything due today, overdue, and coming up in the next two weeks, so nothing falls through the cracks whether or not anyone opens the app.
