Description
Tobi gives your whole household one place for the maintenance log, electrical panel schedule, and upcoming tasks, with a full history of who did what and when.
Stop keeping the house in your head. Your house has a history: when the furnace filter was last changed, which breaker feeds the garage, which plumber fixed the upstairs leak. Right now it lives in one person's memory, and everyone else in the house is left guessing.
Tobi is a home maintenance log that never forgets. Track every recurring and one-off task against the things you maintain, log who did the work, and keep a permanent history the whole household can see. Every time a task gets done, Tobi appends a completion: the date, who did it, and any notes for that occurrence. The person can be a household member or a contractor, so a plumber's visit and your own filter change sit in the same timeline.
It also holds a digital electrical panel schedule for your home. Tobi mirrors your real breaker panel, slot by slot, so you can label every circuit, mark what you actually trust, and share the whole thing with everyone in the house. Each label is Correct, Unverified, or Incorrect: verified, a best guess, or known to be wrong and flagged so nobody trusts a label that lies. No more mystery switches.
All of it belongs to one household everyone in the house shares. Every change syncs in real time to every member's device. When one person logs a completed task or fixes a breaker label, everyone else sees it at once, so nobody re-does work that's already done. Reminders reach the household the same way: unassigned due dates notify everyone, and assigning a task to one person means only they get reminded, so the load is shared without becoming noise.
One subscription covers the whole household. Only the household owner subscribes, and everyone they invite joins at no extra cost.
